Achievments
Keller, besides learning to communicate, left behind a great legacy. She wrote many books and became an inspiration for people with disabilities. Her books are Story of my life, Light in My Darkness, Teacher: Anne Sullivan Macy, Midstream: My Later Life, and many, many more. She also had a movie made about her called The Miracle Worker. It is only about the point in time where Anne Sullivan came to see Helen Keller. The movie ends when Keller realizes that everything has a name, and the true education begins. Also, she traveled around the world giving lectures. Because of these lectures, many schools for the deaf and blind people were created.
